Quotes

All quotes are valid for 30 days. Booking is only confirmed upon the receipt of a non-refundable deposit. It is important to note that I do not currently take multiple bookings for the same weekend. I will be in contact with you if in that time I have been booked by another client and will no longer be able to provide your flowers. It is your responsibility to review all event details to ensure that they are correct before booking and agreeing to the contract.

Our Contract

After our initial consultation and upon acceptance of the quote and initial proposal, I will send you your floral contract to include an overview of cost and payment terms and conditions. By agreeing to a floral contract with me, you accept that it is subject to my ability to source the agreed materials, and should any issues arise regarding this I will make replacement arrangements. Once a contract has been drawn up and agreed to, I will draw up your final proposal moodboard to showcase the designs, colours and materials. I will work to accomplish the designs to the best of my ability. Any change in the details of service to be provided will be subject to negotiation and a further agreement.

Delivery

I take full responsibility to ensure the high quality of the floral designs I create. Changes to the agreed designs may not be accepted on the day of installation. Any supply problems, such as failed/delayed delivery of specified items and materials, faced on my end will be rectified by me as best as possible prior to the event. Containers and props loaned to you on the day remain my property and must be returned to me unless otherwise agreed. Damage to these items must be paid for in full by you. Arrangements made for the collection of the event flowers will be discussed with you prior to the event and must be adhered to unless otherwise stated.

Images

You consent to photographs and videos of my floral designs being used to promote and showcase my work to future clients, as well as to the feature of them in my portfolio in person, on my website and on social media. If you do not wish for me to use any photographs or videos of the work created for you for some or all the listed purposes I must receive written confirmation of your decision within 14 days of our agreement.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, upcoming payments may be cancelled, however any payments already made will remain as they are. If the event is to be postponed, there is no guarantee that the existing contract can be extended to accommodate a change of date, and any payments already made will remain as they are.

If I make the decision to cancel our agreement, I will make a repayment to you of all previously paid installments, excluding the initial deposit.

Payment

On acceptance of my proposal, I require a 30% non-refundable deposit to confirm our contract agreement. Arrangements will be made for the remaining payment balance, usually in a further two installments prior to the event. This is to be discussed and agreed before a contract is drawn up. Any alterations to be made to the agreed payment dates are to be documented in writing and confirmed by both parties.

Limitation of Liability

Once I have completed all installations before the event and have left the premises, I will be no longer responsible for the care and attention of your floral arrangements. Any damage caused to the venue and / or its furnishings will not be my responsibility, excluding failure of my mechanics. By choosing to work with me, you accept the risk that the natural materials used in my arrangements have the potential to cause allergic reactions. I accept no responsibility in the event of this.

Exceptional Circumstances

Inability on my part to complete the job due to illness or inaccessibility will be my responsibility. In the event of this, I will do my best to ensure that the job is completed by someone else in my stead. This is not guaranteed. I cannot be held liable for an inability to execute the proposal due to government intervention, natural disasters, civil disturbance, war, epidemics, pandemics, national or local disasters, labour disputes, or strikes.
